Getting a great vacation deal is simple. There are just two steps:
Step 1 - Find One Spot Vacation Rentals that meet all of your needs. Simply enter the criteria you want your home to meet. A group of homes will display meeting all of your criteria. You can look through this group and remove any properties you don't want to include in your bid.
Step 2 - Make a bid. The normal average rate for the group of homes you've created is displayed. Simply enter your bid for the dates you want to stay. Note that the closer the date, the better the deal you can get!
That's it! Just wait for an email that will indicate if your bid has been accepted and which home you've been booked into!
If your bid is declined, you'll get an email telling you why and allows you to make another bid!
